Writer and literary translator

Tânia Ganho is a Portuguese writer and literary translator.

She has translated books by authors such as Amor Towles, Annie Ernaux, Chimamanda Adichie, Elizabeth Strout, Hervé Le Tellier, Leïla Slimani, Marie NDiaye, Maya Angelou, Siri Hustvedt, Toni Morrison, and Yukio Mishima, among many others.

She is the author of the novels Apneia (Apnea) and Lobos (Wolves), and the memoir O Meu Pai Voava (My Father Could Fly).
